Busy location needing more attention to cleaning up more frequently. Not hygienic. Windows look continually smudged and neglected.

Always a pleasant experience. Just had a dark roast but there are lots of options and a good range of snackables.

Horrible service throughout the entire time there. I was planning on specifying who the highly unprofessional barista was; however, she was covering her name tag it seemed (at-least she knows she is giving a bad impression). The barista had short black hair and stickers on her name tag. Asked no questions about how my day was going, did not say you're welcome, and did not say goodbye. Even went as far as placing a empty tray infront of me when i politely asked for one. If you dont like your job, leave.

Threw out my water bottle then offered me a glass of tap water!

Service is good on most days. Sometimes I wonder why an extra body is harping direction rather than working the line. They have two cash stations.

I am a faithful Starbucks customer but I have to say that the store at 17th & Lonsdale is always dirty. I’ve never seen another store like it. They onlywipe the surfaces but not the vertical surfaces like cupboard doors and they’re filthy. The windows are gross,Inside and out, the edges and corners of the floor desperately need a proper cleaning, afterall they serve food!! The floor is also always sticky......always. I know it’s a busy store but It would take 30 minutes once a week!

I have some real concerns about this location and the treatment of their staff. At least one of the workers who works there has looked really uncomfortable when they had to engage with a customer who frequents there often. Seems like some really unwanted attention. I feel second hand discomfort when I witness this. I really hope that this gets sorted out, this is so unprofessional, bad management, bad vibes all round.

This is the worst Starbucks, they're always out of stuff and when they do have what you want it's never done right. Also see staff using the cash register then touching food immediately after. Not worth paying Starbucks prices at this location.

Good coffee and nice staff. I only saw a fly right by the cakes and baked goods. If that's ok, then consider this a five star place.

So today i came to starbucks at lonsdale and i hate this place so much its bot the place tho its the staff that make this place so bad and crappy i ordered a drink at like 8 and the lady was like u know that has a lot of caffeine in it roght and i was like yeah, its really none of her business. And secondly she was rolling her eyes the whole time i was ordering. Thirdly i said “caramel machaito” by mistake instead of saying “iced caramel machiato” and she rolled her eyes at me when i corrected myself. And when she handed me the money she threw it on the table. I do not recommend this starbucks at all they need to change the entire staff. Worst starbucks in my life.

great way to start a day

Always lineup to the exit door staff very slow and there not trained properly to insure the customers getting on time coffee. POOR MANAGEMENT

This team is going above and beyond right now to meet the demands of many. I would be a liar if I said I hadn't missed the convenience and deliciousness of a Starbucks drink. They are adjusting to a new normal and doing a bang-on job. Even when met with difficulty or push-back, they remain friendly and hard at work - and the drinks are great! I really appreciate their hard-work, year-round and currently in the midst of everything going on. Thank you!

The baristas are very experienced and fast.

The service was fairly fast considering how busy it was today. I like that there is some outdoor seating

I don’t know the name of the barista that served me, but he was wearing glasses with black frames. He made the best Berry Hibiscus Lemonade that I’ve had in any Starbucks! Most places water down the drink, so I was pleasantly surprised when I took a sip. I wish all my Starbucks experiences were this good!

Ordered a strawberry coconut drink and this is what I got. An expired and rotten strawberry drink. So disappointed, could’ve gotten food poising if I hadn’t realized!!! I threw it out as soon as I saw it. So unhappy. Even though it’s a big chain and everything is standardized I had to get a rotten drink?? Common!!

It is a nice place but they need to bring new products. All the coffee shop have similar drink and backery. Starbucks need to be leader with new service and products.

Sent my mobile order to the other Starbucks down Lonsdale by accident and they still gave me my order when I realised my mistake. They showed excellent service in helping me out even before I showed my receipt.

Great location, friendly staff..i got there aroumd 630pm, they were out of dark roast coffee, batista asked me if I was OK with pike which I replied by "no, sorry I only like dark roast".. She then proceeded by making a whole pot for me.. Which usually other locations only tell u they can give you americano instead... Very friendly staff however the place needs some more power outlets. Three for whole store is not enough

Good customer service, remember you, overall pleasant and fast. This location is always busy though.

Lots of traffic at this location. Coffee is good and food products live up the the standards of Starbucks quality. Location appears to be under staffed at times because of the high volume of customers. Maintaining the store cleanliness is a challenge for staff, but if you are just grabbing a take away you will be fine.

Not my favourite Starbucks. Small and dark. The layout is not great, the pastry case is not front and centre like other locations. Consistently VERY dirty/messy cream and sugar counter. Should probably have more staff on to clean up. One star is for their Pike...love it. Service so-so.

On a trip from New Zealand and met your lovely barista Bella. She was very friendly and I was able to have a dandy experience here. Would definitely recommend coming here to others as the staff make this the best star bucks I have visited on my travels. Thank you Bella for your service

Ok coffee, overpriced.

There is a guy there who is exceptionally nice and always smiles. Pretty sure he's the manager. Quick on the draw and had my drinks up in the blink of an eye. I would've given the place 5 stars if the cashier was as nice as him. I know people have their moments and I get that. But customer service is a game of hardball. Keep this guy around as he is a great player on this roster. Thank you guy who served me!

Best Starbucks on the North Shore!!! :)

This Starbucks is right around the corner from my house! The coffee is fantastic, and the staff are very kind. I get a mobile order, so they don’t write my name on the cup anymore, which I really liked. They always spelled my name right. I guess Greg is a hard name to misspell, but still! It felt a lot more personal that way. But mobile orders are a lot more convenient for me, because I’m always on the go.

Nothing better than Starbucks coffee.
